Orders
- How do I cancel my order?
- Our products are non-refundable. If you've ordered the wrong product, we will happily facilitate an exchange. Please contact info@rexcut.com to speak to someone that can help you.
- When will my order be accepted?
- Orders are accepted and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
- Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

- Do you offer gift cards?
- No.
Shipping
- What are your shipping options?
- We offer standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx. If you would like expedited shipping, there will be an additional charge added at checkout.
- When will my order ship?
- Your order will ship within 1 business day of your order being placed and accepted.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses?
- No.
- Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
- Yes.
- Do you ship internationally?

Payment
- What types of payments do you accept?
- Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
Returns/Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
- We do not offer returns. If you ordered the wrong size/spec, we will happily facilitate an exchange.
- I ordered the wrong size/specification; how can I receive the correct size/specification?
- Please contact our team at this email: info@rexcut.com and we will make it right with you. As long as the product is not used, we will exchange it for the correct product.
- How long will it take to process my exchange?
- Depending on your location, anywhere between 3-5 business days.
Product Related
- What is the difference between GFX, JTX and MTX bonds?
- These bonds represent how hard or soft the material of the piece is, and the operation(s) it is best suited for.
- GFX = Soft (Flexible synthetic latex bond for light deburring, blending, and finishing in one operation)
- JTX = Medium (Medium resin bond for light deburring with longer life)
- MTX = Hard (Hard resin bond for medium stock removal with longer life)
- What grain types do you offer?
- We offer Aluminum Oxide, and Silicon Carbide (usually special order) in our cotton fiber products. For our MetalPro Flap Discs, we offer Zirconium and Ceramic grains.
- Could you please break down your grain structures?
- 320 (Very Fine)
- 180 (Fine)

- Does your product have a shelf life?
- No. However we recommend you use our product within 3 years of purchase for optimal performance.
- What is the difference between T27 and T29?
- T27 Grinding Wheels are flat in shape, and best used for grinding and blending flat surfaces. T29 Grinding Wheels are curved in shape, and best used for grinding, blending, and contouring uneven surfaces.
- What size shanks do you offer in your Mounted Points?
- We offer ⅛” (D1) and ¼” (D2) respectively; we also offer 3mm and 6mm on special request.
- What shapes of Mounted Points do you offer?

- Do you offer hubbed grinding wheels?
- Yes. We have the ability to hub all of our grinding wheels with ⅝-11 sized hubs, and in some instances, ⅜”-24 for our 4” Sigma Green Grinding Wheels.
